Resident
Any person living in the Dominican Republic permanently or for 2 months or more, whether Dominican or foreign.
→ Regular practitioners, returning participants, or those on long-term stays.
Non-resident
Any person staying in the Dominican Republic for less than 2 months (tourists, short-term visitors).
→ Temporary visitors who cannot commit to a multi-month pack.
