Collective yoga sessions
Our collective sessions create a shared experience where the presence and energy of the group naturally support the practice. Moving together encourages grounding, motivation, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
Each session combines mindful movement, conscious breathing, and accessible guidance in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The practice evolves through thematic cycles of several sessions. While each class remains accessible independently, regular attendance allows for deeper integration and embodied progression over time.
Available in-person or online.
In-person collective sessions
